From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and comfort that make this place special. Debbie leads with kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication. She creates a culture where residents feel valued and staff feel supported — and that’s reflected in every corner of Brookdale. From our experience, Dawn in Admissions is a cold hearted blatant LIAR. She comes across as a kind and caring person. However she will say she's going to do something then act as if she never said. After seeing their bad reviews on other sites, in the news and with BBB, I'm ecstatic that we are not doing business with this facility! What a nightmare!
