Debbie leads with kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication. She creates a culture where residents feel valued and staff feel supported — and that’s reflected in every corner of Brookdale. Management at Brookdale Augusta makes the health, care, and comfort of their residents top priority. During this time of pandemic in our world, they continue to look for ways for the residents to safely 'connect' with their families. Very thankful for them and their care!

From our experience, Dawn in Admissions is a cold hearted blatant LIAR. She comes across as a kind and caring person. However she will say she's going to do something then act as if she never said. After seeing their bad reviews on other sites, in the news and with BBB, I'm ecstatic that we are not doing business with this facility! What a nightmare!
