Harmony at Avon

Lauren is an amazing host and gives great tours! She was so welcoming and made us all feel right at home! We’re excited for our mom to be the newest Harmony resident!

We recently moved my grandmother into Harmony at Avon after a tough experience at another senior living community, where she just wasn’t happy—especially with the food. She ended up going back home for a bit, but we knew she needed more support. From the moment we toured Harmony, we were blown away. The community is absolutely stunning, and her one-bedroom apartment in assisted living is huge—with beautiful arched doorways and soaring 12-foot ceilings. Truly feels like a home, not a facility. We honestly didn’t think she’d participate in meals, but to our surprise, she’s not only going—she actually enjoys it. She tells us the food is great, especially compared to the last place. Another bonus? She was able to bring her two cats, which made a big difference in helping her settle in. This transition was scary for our whole family, but the amazing team at Harmony has made it so smooth. She’s getting her medications on time, her mood has lifted, and we can see that she’s really thriving now. It’s been a couple of months, and we are beyond happy with our decision to choose Harmony at Avon. Highly recommend! They truly care!

We are so grateful to Harmony at Avon for making a very special family celebration possible! C.J. And Tim kindly arranged transportation for my 105 ½-year-old grandma with their Harmony van so she could attend a family birthday dinner at a local restaurant. Thanks to their wonderful service, she was able to enjoy a beautiful evening surrounded by family. The staff was caring, patient, and incredibly professional, making sure she was comfortable and safe every step of the way. Highly recommend Harmony at Avon for their compassion and outstanding service!

Our mother has been at Harmony, assisted living facility, in Avon, IN now for about 15 months. It was disappointing leaving her home and friends in Florida and moving to Indiana, so the initial transition was emotionally challenging. Nevertheless, her experiences at Harmony have been a blessing. She is fond of the medical staff, admin staff, and kitchen staff; and they all provide her with nurturing care in their specific roles. And as a picky eater, she even likes the food. The facility is also clean and welcoming, and she has made some good friends with other residents and staff, so the social component is valuable. My sister and I visit several times a week, and we are pleased with mom’s experience and our experience working with the staff at Harmony managing her care. In fact, in recent months, mom has shown significant improvements in her overall attitude as she settled into this new chapter of her life. Prayers and blessings to all the staff and residents at Harmony.

Lyndsay and Lauren could not have been more helpful to my mother in facilitating this new chapter in her life as she moves into the independent living area at Harmony. Top notch staff, lovely facilities, and lots of activities and new friends for mom to enjoy!
