What a wonderful team who guided the outing to the museum. Philip, the activity director has such a pleasant and calming demeanor. Engaging and respectful with a fun personality. Sami and Jerome also wonderful and caring guides. Shout out as well to Devan who went above and beyond to get the wheelchair equipped for the trip. Thank you for the effort and making this happen .

What a beautiful place to call home for your loved one. I have had the pleasure of visiting the Auberge and I was more than pleased with what I saw. It was very clean, all of the staff were very polite and their engagement with the residents was top tier. I look forward to one day moving my mother here to call it home.

My mom is recovering from two aneurysms, she’s non verbal and was transferred here yesterday. Her feeding tube wasn’t running for almost 6 hours, and she wasn’t attached to any machines to monitor her vital signs. How can anyone trust a love one in these conditions? If it wasn’t for my sisters, she would’ve been ignored for hours, no feeding, no cleaning, and no one there to advocate for her. Here pictures to show you how unsanitary and uncared for circumstances they placed my poor mother in. Would you let your family member in a place like this?

It’s always a pleasure coming here to see my agency’s patient(s). Staff and leadership are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. It is a great energy in place that makes leadership incredibly approachable, placing great confidence in the people entrusting to have their loved ones under the care of The Auberge team.

We are so pleased with the care my mother-in-law, Jan, is receiving at this community. The staff at Auberge Bee Cave is so caring and compassionate and Jan is very happy and feels safe and secure. As a family it gives us great comfort to know she is in such good hands. I would highly recommend this community for any family looking into memory care for a loved one.
