Very impressed! The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, treating residents with the respect and compassion they deserve. I'll tell you right now. I've been here since day one.I was the first resident at Magnolia on the commons. Right across from Magnolia at tall pines here at 34 Martin Lane in Belfast Maine. I even let him take my picture with the first med tec and use it in advertising. The state is here today, again. They were here for four days three weeks ago. 1 day last week and now today as well as Ed the owner. If you love the person you are considering putting in assisted living do not bring them to Magnolia facilities.. we are severely under fed, no snacks or drinks unless we buy them. I was talking to the maintenance guy and Ed comes over and tells him to pull the two to refrigerators in the common room because the state is on him because they are empty and there's nothing in them for us such as snacks and drinks. He figures he's going to buy little fridges for our rooms. Then we can by own own snacks and drinks. How? I alone pay $7,936 a month and that my friends is ridiculous. We have two of three staff for 30 some residents half of which belongs in nursing homes. And I'm done. That's why I called the state and adult protective services

The staff is caring and attentive, and the environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. We’re grateful for the respect and compassion shown by the team at all times.

I would give them a ZERO if I could !!! My Father passed I was supposed to have a week to go through his room 4 days later I went to go in his room and they had already moved another Man in and all my Father’s belongings where in the basement with half of his possessions gone !!!! They are rude, never help when you need it , I would not put a stray Dog in this place !!!!!!! You should all be ashamed and you all know who this is intended for . GOD BLESS THE POOR PEOPLE THAT STILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM !!!!!
