The Springs at Grand Park

Billings is so fortunate to have a facility like The Springs to provide assisted living and memory care services. It is a smaller, more intimate community, that allows for more consistency in care and continuity in the care giver team - they provide compassionate and loving care. In the 1.5 years that my father in-law has been living there, we truly appreciate the friendliness and attentiveness of the entire staff. They make us feel very welcome! Meals and medication management are so important for his care…and the dining service is excellent – delicious, hot meals, and good choices so he has variety. His medications are always delivered on time and by a dedicated team that is not just dependable, but also knowledgeable and always approachable - we greatly appreciate them. My father in-law loves the outdoors, and he has a fantastic view, with birds, ducks, turkeys and an occasional deer right outside his window – in the city! If we have questions or need to discuss his care, we always feel heard by the Executive Director and are confident he takes action when needed. We are thankful to have The Springs in Billings!

The Springs is an amazing place. I am so very blessed to have my mother there. She has so many friends she does so many activities staff caregivers almost all of them are very very caring people and you can tell Mom absolutely loves it. She gets her hair done her nails done Goes out for lunch bunch which i myself have gone to also. It’s just so much fun. That’s what it’s all about they make you feel like you are home such a loving environment. It is definitely a god thing with my mom being there. They encourage family to come for dinners holidays my grandkids love to go trick-or-treating there and Easter. They love getting all them eggs filled with candy.. And The look on my mom‘s face when she sees her great grandkids having a really good time. I love it. I don’t have to worry about my mom being at The Springs. I know she is being very well provided for. thank you for all you guys do for her. I have so many friends there which I love God bless you all.. Danice Thomen

My mom has recently become a resident of The Springs Memory Care Unit. I live on the other side of the country and just got back from seeing her for the first time since we found her a spot there. The staff at the Springs are professional, kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and considerate. It is clean and quiet, the food is great, and they spend a lot of time engaging with the residents in any way that each individual is willing and able. I am grateful The Springs had a spot available and even though Mom would not choose to be in a memory care unit, we know she is safe and being cared for in the best way possible.

Our entire family are so thankful for the entire staff of the Springs. Our mothers care is above and beyond. The activities are amazing and engaging for the residents and the meals and dining room have the experience of fine dining. We could never ask for a more perfect place for our mother.

My Mother became a resident at The Springs At Grand Park in January after she fell and broke a bone in her shoulder. In the beginning it was a difficult adjustment for both of us. However, Mom quickly settled in. After we moved her furniture and personal items she started to feel at home in her new apartment. “The Springs” is a special place because the owner and staff have a unique philosophy. It’s not a place that people go before they pass away, but rather a place to enjoy life. I can’t praise the staff enough. They’re interaction and kindness with my mother is amazing. I can go to bed at night and rest knowing that she’s well taken care of. The best part for me is watching my mother smile, laugh and enjoy her new friends and home. I often leave with a smile on my face after visiting her. I would highly recommend the Springs At Grand Park.
