My in-laws lived in the StoryPoint memory care community for a full year, and during that time we consistently saw exceptional kindness, patience, and genuine compassion from every staff member. The team communicated with us regularly, created a calm and safe environment, and took the time to truly know our in-laws as people — not just as residents. One of the things we are most grateful for is that StoryPoint made it possible for them to stay together during their final year. The comfort this brought our family is something we will never forget. They were well cared for, well fed, and treated with dignity every day. We had complete peace of mind knowing they were in such capable, loving hands. I would highly recommend StoryPoint Birmingham to any family seeking thoughtful, heartfelt memory care.

StoryPoint Birmingham is ABSOLUTELY lovely! The decor is stunning and the building is so clean! The staff is very kind and friendly! They really take the time to get to know their residents! They build connections and are so nurturing! Their Life Enrichment department plans really fun thematic and entertaining events!!!!

My Mother has been a memory care resident for four months now at StoryPoint Birmingham and it was quickly apparent that we had made the right decision in having her join this wonderful community. The staff are all so caring and patient with the residents. The activities leaders are amazing, so many fresh ideas to keep the seniors engaged and out of their apartments for that very important social interaction. The Memory Care Neighborhood at StoryPoint Birmingham has truly transformed, and a lot of that is thanks to Cole Osentoski. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone as passionate about their work as Cole. The positive atmosphere here really shines. It’s warm, engaging, and full of heart. You can see it in the way Cole connects with both residents and staff. His leadership has brought a unique energy that sets this place apart. I recently toured the memory care neighborhood with the director Cole Osentoski I was highly impressed with the different interactive environments that are being put up. Such as the cleaning station, the pods ,and they’re also putting up a basketball wall. Cole made me feel very welcomed with a big smile on his face. The dining service is amazing- it is true family style dining.
