Brookdale Bloomington

I would live here myself if and when I might need an assisted living home. Staff make you feel welcome and make it to your home. Communication with family is top notch.

My Family member had always lived by them selves and was a very private and independent person. When it became clear that he was struggling and not able to maintain a suitable living environment on his own he was very resistant to accepting this fact. I did a lot of research of places in the local area starting with recommendations from his physician and healthcare professionals. Brookdale appeared to be the best choice based on its relatively small size, having a Nurse on staff 24/7 and there excellent record on COVID-19 reports. I knew this was likely to be a very difficult task for the staff due to his pride and insistence on being independent (even though everyone there assured me they have done this before). Everyone at Brookdale did a wonderful job helping and making him feel at home while adjusting to his new surroundings. I believe he has gained good friends that he feels are like family with many of the Brookdale Staff. In conclusion the Brookdale living center in Bloomington, IN. Has provided 3 good meals a day, a clean living environment and a responsive staff with caregivers to help him with the things that he is no longer able to do him self. I can’t emphasize enough how glad I am to have to have chosen Brookdale for my loved one.

When looking for a place for our mother, we looked several different places. Once we walked into the building at Brookdale we knew this was the place. From the moment we were introduced to all of the key staff members and the friendly and happy residents, we knew this was the right fit. The building is cheerful and has a great vibe. I would recommend this building for anyone. My mother his happy at Brookdale, which means we aren't as worried about her.

We have had a wonderful experience with Brookdale Bloomington. The staff is friendly and attentive. The meals are tasty, the facility is clean, and the atmosphere is cozy and warm! We never worry about our loved one because we know they are being well looked after!

Brookdale assisted living is a beautiful, homey, comfortable community. They are a great place with caring staff and will go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy and taken care of. Love the team they have there!
