Brookdale Bossier City

My wife and I were looking for a place for a relative. We didn’t know where to start. We called Mrs. Lindsey and received so much needed information that helped us make an informed decision. She was so helpful, we are thankful we were able to meet with her. As we toured the facility we noticed it was clean, orderly and the staff was smiling and friendly. The facilities are very nice and they offer many fun activities and entertainment for the tenants.

My mother has been at Brookdale Bossier for almost four years, the last being in the Memory Care Area. We are so pleased and appreciative of this property. Everyone treats the residents and family as their own family. Everyone is always sweet and patient and kind. We were so lucky to stumble upon Brookdale Bossier as our first experience in assisted living. I wouldn't want my mom anywhere else. It would be hard to compliment everyone, but a shout out to Tai and LaWanda and Buddy who worked so kindly in the memory care area. It truly is a calling.

My mom is living here at Brookdale, and do not regret choosing Brookdale. The apartments are very nice, not too big, not too small. They offer many fun activities/entertainment. Provide Personal Services (bring meds, meals) for those that don't leave their room (like my mom). The rent includes basic housecleaning, and laundry service, and if your parent can't do it, someome will do the laundry for them. The food choices are great, and from what my mom said, taste good. Facility/property is kept clean, and looks very attractive with the landscaping, and inside decorations. They decorate the place depending on occasion/holiday. The staff/management are very friendly, and take their time to interact/talk to you/tenants, and address any issues there might be....and let's face it, there will always be some kind of issues in any company, and bad apples, but so far, any problems were addressed/corrected. I haven't come across any tenants that didn't appear happy/content living there. Staff/Management, and Tenants interact beautifully, and do not regret having chosen Brookdale for my mom to live at. I would MOST DEFINITELY recomment Brookdale Assistant Living.

Wonderful place for my mom. Very caring staff in the memory care unit. So grateful for how they build relationships with each resident. Highly recommend this place when you unable to care for your loved one at home. Staff was thorough and friendly. Layout of memory care was spacious rooms and 2 closets. I noticed that residents were busy as well as staff.
