We are very proud of our custom designed one level facility for 6 residents, with a private bathroom and 3 with private entrances. Our reputation has been built with a well-trained longtime live-in staff who truly cares for, values, and respects both our residents and their families. Our commitment to our residents is to provide a living environment that preserves their options, dignity, and independence. We offer comprehensive services suited to our resident’s needs, preferences, and interests while providing families’ peace of mind knowing that their loved one’s needs are being met. Our staff speaks and comprehends English to ensure proper care for your loved ones. In addition, we prepare traditional American meals that are healthy and that they’re familiar with. OUR STAFF At Rose Garden Adult Family Home, we have a professional team who provides outstanding care for our residents. All Adult Family Home staff and providers are required to undergo training in: Fundamentals of Caregiving Nurse Delegation CPR / First Aid Mental Health and Dementia Food Handling Additionally, a Background Check is performed and caregivers must obtain a Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) card registered with the Department of Health. Our Caregivers There are two caregivers during the day and one awake night staff who are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). We have a very low turnover in staff. The caregivers know the residents well and can recognize if there are any changes or issues that are out of character before they become a problem. Our Registered Nurses Our Nurse Delegator performs the assessments of Rose Garden residents and is the professional advocate for the oversight of their medical and other needs. Additionally, the Nurse Delegator serves as the liaison with hospitals, pharmacies, and doctors at a modest monthly fee.
