Silverado Brea Memory Care Community

Silverado Brea is now home for our beautiful mother… My sister & I had toured a lot of memory care facilities & we were very impressed by how light, bright & well kept the entire facility was. Of course we were looking at specific things for our mother we knew would make her happy. She loves being outdoors & having the freedom to be able to go in & out of their beautiful courtyards of course this was a priority. For my sister & I knowing she is safe & secure was our number 1 priority. Silverado has the feeling of a true home as much as we tried to keep our mother at home unfortunately was not an option because my sister & I work full time & caregivers at home did not work out. Silverado allows my mother to feel she still has independence by providing activities she loves such designing flower arrangements for their dining room tables, water coloring classes which she loves along with many others… Silverado makes our mother feel she still has a purpose in life by providing little jobs to give her self worth, my sister & I feel the staff here is very caring & pray our mother is truly happy in this new journey of life she is now faced with since my dad’s passing …. Both my sister & I visit regularly & look forward to seeing all the creative activities & outings they offer weekly for my mother & the other residents .. Sincerely, Laura Cato ( daughter)

My mother has been at Silverado Brea for a few months now, and I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional care provided by Alyssa. She coordinates the community outings and spends a great deal of time with the residents, always bringing energy, patience, and compassion to everything she does. Alyssa consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are engaged and enjoying themselves, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares. My mother has especially benefited from her attention and kindness, which gives our family great comfort. Silverado Brea is fortunate to have someone of her caliber working there.

The place feels so comfortable and homey, which is especially wonderful for elderly residents with memory issues. I love that they have pets—it creates such a warm, family-like environment. The staff is very attentive and caring, and one nurse assistant in particular, Brianna, truly stands out. Her attention to detail and her warm, compassionate heart shine through in the way she cares for both the residents and the pets. If I had a loved one in need of memory care, I would feel at peace knowing they were at Brea Silverado, with Bri as their caregiver.

Silverado Brea is truly top-notch memory care! Families can feel confident moving their loved ones here knowing they’ll receive exceptional care, with 24/7 nursing and high-quality programming every day. The moment you walk in, it feels like home—always beautifully decorated for the season and filled with the joy of their well-cared-for pets. You can really see the love and attention given to both residents and animals. Highly recommend for your loved one living with memory impairment!

All of the associates here are dementia certified and it truly shows in every way they care for their residents. I would definitely recommend stopping by for a tour and highly recommend for someone looking for memory care. From amazing outings their Director of Activities puts together and creative themed engagements, to 24 hour nursing and restaurant style dining experience, this community is full of life! Their family events are beyond amazing too. Such a welcoming place.
