Danbury Senior Living Broadview Heights

Danbury is an amazing place it's spacious, clean, and friendly with a warm welcoming. The staff and residents are all so friendly. Big shout out to Felicia and her management team. They truly are wonderful people who not only care about the residents and the residents' families they also care about their employees. Another huge shout out to the care team from the nurses, down to the resident's companions who work one-on-one with all the residents. They are more than happy to help and assist in any way that they can. Way to go Danbury keep up the good work.

I visit my friend each week in and their memory care neighborhood. When I walked through the community, I am always greeted by Sara the activity person. she is very welcoming, and her smile brightens my day, She is so engaging and keeps me up-to-date with whatever is going on in the building. Sheila and laura who also work in activities are amazing people as well. Chelsea, one of the care companions who work in memory care neighborhood is very approachable, honest, caring person. She makes the residents feel welcome, saved, and engaged at all times when she's working.

Knowing my Grandma is safe and loved is huge, we moved places/homes almost a year ago, I noticed she is happy again, toes are painted her favorite music plays, her nurses and staff are all welcoming and know what's going on. To be able to sleep at night knowing our Grandma is safe and happy means thee world 🌎 thank you from the family A special thank you to the resident assistant Nikki, you are thoughtful and exactly everything we have been looking for, thank you for living Grandma like yours

I just want to give Kudos and a Big shout out to Felicia and the entire nursing/Aides, they have been very nice, knowledgeable and caring towards my mom and other residents. The facility seems to run as a well oiled machine. I also want to thank Nicole (Nikki) as being on top of everything, if you need or want something she is the one to get it taken care of in a friendly and sometimes with discretion. We as a family love Nikki and know that when we leave our mom is in great hands. Thank you for giving us some peace of mind.

Danbury helped me with a problem to get out of a high priced nursing home. I had surgery on my right leg that infected and had to wear 2 rings around my leg for 2 months + with 12 pins into my leg bone. I had signed with Storypoint in Strongsville and because of my situation Danbury accomadated me from 6/13 until 9/30/2025. My stay here has been wonderful and everyone here does a great job from reception and activities to cleaners and laundry. Most especially the food is better than my other facility and the help staff are great, everyone is very respectful, even though some of the residents arn't as polite as they shoud be. The activities program is well done with something for every one. I can't thank many staff members enough including Sara, Cynthia and Tom and Stacy in activities most of all Allison for letting me stay here.The drivers George and Rich, Angie and Felicia all great and caring people. I won't also forget everyone at the reception desk, you have a great staff and most all the aids are more than helpful. Tom Albert
