The Auberge at Brookfield

What is going on with Evergreen Management at Auberge of Brookfield? First the ED leaves and no direction from Evergreen, then a death and heavy police presence and now the new ED who vapes at work? Vaping is not even legal or sold in Wisconsin and we were told this is a non smoking community for our mother. Evergreen, please do better and let us know what is really going on as we are trusting our loved ones in your community which has clearly went down hill since the change in management groups. Very disappointing on every level. See pictures in which were taken today all with entertainment going on!

We are having issues with the administrative personnel giving us answers on my mom and dad’s personal effects. Messages have been left any no response. We did not even get a call expressing condolences on our mom’s passing. A business that takes care of our loved ones should be responsive to questions. Concerned when hospice care even expressed questions and was ignored. No finger pointing just one on one conversation at a time when the family is grieving. If items have been misplaced just own up to it. When messages have been left for the billing department and no return call in 3 days this is concerning.

My mother recently passed away. I got no condolences from the administrator and when I went to go pick up my mom‘s items I found things missing.. I have called and left voice messages and never got a return call . I have gone to the facility and every time I’m there they are in meetings we’re gone for the day. I have questions about the bills and every time I call to speak with the billing person and show up with receipts in my hand, she also is out to the post office or she’s in a meeting and can’t speak to me. All I want is for For the place to show me respect and have somebody sit down and talk to me, but they refuse. I would not recommend this place.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful care this facility provided for my grandmother. The staff and care could not have been better. My family slept comfortably knowing that she was always in safe hands.

My mother has received wonderful care! She enjoys the food and the staff have taken good care of her. It's reassuring to know her medications are given regularly as she's diabetic and prior to Auberge always had trouble keeping her blood/sugar level correct. The facility is very nice with a lot of natural light. My mom has been doing quite well since she moved in. I appreciate the all of the staff's good work. Thank you!
