Loving and caring staff...my mom had a much easier time moving in here than we expected! Staff is hardworking, fun, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do and like working here. Expect to be welcomed in by name and made to feel at home once your loved one moves in - you gain an instant family. Families have their ups and downs, but they'll always have your loved ones best interest at heart! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do!

The staff who care for my mom on a daily basis are exceptional. Annie and her team really care about the residents. The Concierge desk especially Desiree are so great. They are warm and engaging and always make me feel good when I enter the building. I am so grateful that my mother is living here!

Placing our mother in a Memory Care facility was a very scary experience, but the staff made our transition comforting. Over time, we were assured it was the right fit. We appreciate Joanne (Annie) Walker's 24/7 attentiveness. Annie replies to our text messages within minutes and goes above and beyond to keep us posted on my mom's well-being with photos for reassurance. Oakmont has the sweetest caregivers. We are truly blessed."

My father and his partner, both 95 years old, moved into Oakmont of Burlingame about four months ago. It was a big but necessary change for both of them. The whole staff of Oakmont made the transition as smooth as possible. The care team consisting of the nurses and care givers are very kind and hard working. The concierge team including Desiree Vigil as well as Giselle Raj are key to keeping Oakmont running smoothly. They help us with many tasks, keep an eye on my father and his partner when we are not there, and are so pleasant and friendly. Oakmont has been a good fit for my father and his partner.

I want to take this moment to thank the entire staff at The Oakmont of Burlingame. They are all truly angels. Excellent caregivers and professionals. My aunt came to live there at the Memory Care Residence early this year. Immediately she was welcomed into the community and thrived based on their attention, care & love, including many activities to keep her engaged. Annie Walker and her team were always happy, caring & enthusiastic. Annie made it a point to contact me with any concerns regarding my aunt, as well as sharing the many good times with photos & videos at times when I wasn’t able to be there. Annie’s team are angels and I especially remember Amy, Ruth & Johnny. Thank you for your loving attention my aunt received. I also want to give big love to Desiree and Danica at the concierge desk for their ever welcoming and warm greetings in person and on the phone. Again, thank you all!
