I just completed a 20 day day stay at Bayshire Carlsbad after total knee replacement surgery at Tri-City. I'm giving my strongest recommendation for Bayshire Carlsbad. Of all the positive things I can say, the thing that is the most meaningful to me is how much each and all of them cared for me both professionally and personally. I felt cared for. I will always be grateful to the people at Bayshire Carlsbad, for how they cared for me while I was recovering from a painful recovery that was fraught with obstacles. Now I am home and I feel confident that I will complete my recovery and have the best possible outcome I will always remember with fondness the many people who helped me at Bayshire Carlsbad.

The team at Bayshire Carlsbad Health Center is so professional, helpful, and caring. Best team to work with in the area. I had a wonderful experience working with the Case Manager team, Alexis and Lani helping patients discharged home safely.

Bayshire is the best place for a family member who needs assisted living or skilled nursing. My grandmother lived there and the staff were amazing. They took great care of her and truly cared for the whole family when we came to visit. As a nurse who’s worked in other skilled nursing facilities, I was very impressed. They treat your family members like their own family, so I’m grateful that’s where my grandmother lived in the last couple years of her life.

Bayshire has been amazing with my mom! My mom is a positive and independent woman who opened up our flower shop in 1974, 50 years ago. She built the flower shop from the ground up, she was amazing. She now is in her twilight years and needing more assistance. It is not easy for her to accept help with day to day activities. The community and staff at Bayshire have been invaluable to us and to our mother. They care, love and help with her care everyday. We wouldn’t be able to provide the level of care she needed and this is why she moved to Bayshire. We recommend to anyone that Bayshire is the answer to help care for your aging parents in a dignified and respectful way. Thank you to the staff at Bayshire for your love and care everyday!!!

My sister was a patient and received substandard care. While there are many fine staff, the care was sporadic. Wrong food often was given that would seriously affect a patient with abdominal surgery. Critical supplies were on backorder. Shower was dirty. Improvements are needed.
