Atria Carmichael Oaks

I am a disabled veteran with a service dog. I picked Carmichael Oaks because it provided transportation to my medical and dental providers. I like the open space of the facility, as it helped with my disabilities and management of my service dog. The staff has been extremely friendly and assist me when I need assistance. As a retired, disabled old man, I really enjoy not have to do yard work, building maintenance, shopping for food, preparing the food, cleaning up after eating after a meal, figuring out scheduling and getting transportation to events and activities. What makes it enjoyable to me, beyond the terrific staff is the similar socioeconomic level of the residents. It is easy to get involved with enjoyable groups be it for bridge, chess, pinochle, walking, ....

Why have repairs not been made in the rear of the building. Scaffolding seems to be preventing the backside from total collapse. This appears to be progressing without any attempt at repair. How does this pass any sort of inspection?

Overall, this a perfect community for your loved ones to live and thrive.
