Belmont Village Senior Living Geneva Road

My aunt has been here for 1 year now. This place is wonderful. It's bright, spacious, lively, well taken care of, but best of all is the warm, friendly, attentive, and caring staff.

I work with Belmont village as an outside provider and cannot express enough how special this community is. The staff here are the very best in senior living and backed behind a management team who put residents and families above all else. This is a truly wonderful and loving community unlike any other.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Belmont for 4 years. My father-in-law was also a resident there for about one year before his passing. When they decided to move there, we were all amazed with the care, activities, dining, and attention given to the residents. Over the past two years we have noticed a decline in some areas. We all use to rave about the meals and quality of the dining experiences. This is no longer the case. The quality of the food and options have definitely declined. It’s no longer an enjoyment to eat there because of the food quality and also the service of the people working in the area. There is not enough staffing in the dining area and Belmont needs a qualified chef to make meals that are enjoyable to eat. Food is tasteless and residents often feel rushed to finish their meals so staff can leave by 7:00. We have also noticed a decline in amount of activities and variety due to staffing shortages and higher employee turnover. Also since the remodel there seems to be a lack of physical space to house the limited activities offered. Many of the best long term and dedicated employees have left. It’s truly unfortunate. On the plus side, the improvements and upgrades to the facility have made Belmont more welcoming and up to date. Now more attention needs to be given to the dining quality and more meaningful activities and diversified for the residents.

My mum had a stroke in 2023 and now she needs assistant care until she gets her left leg and arm moving again would recommend Belmont village.

A dream come true! A very warm welcoming community that is very , caring and resident focused. The people are very joyful here living a full life of independence in a safe environment. Food is terrific, fresh and varied. I looked at all kinds of assisted living options. The minute I walked into Belmont Village - Geneva Road I knew this was the perfect place for my mom. Thank God that I found this wonderful facility. It is the BEST option for my Mom.
