My uncle resides at Pear Valley & is treated with the utmost respect from a compassionate & attentive staff. Mr. Lords & Shannon Harris have promptly & kindly responded to my concerns & questions over the time my uncle has been a resident at Pear Valley, and I am received with genuine respect. They are attentive & aware of my uncle's needs, and have accommodated with familial warmth. I know he's in good hands, & am beyond appreciative for Pear Valley's excellent service.

My grandma moved in 3 weeks ago and she couldn't be happier. Every person on their staff is nice helpful and loving. The location is great as well as the community. We are very very happy we chose pear valley! They treat you like you matter!

Pear Valley is horrible! My mother was there for a year and a half, they stole over $500 at different times out of her wallet, They stole her very expensive wedding ring and other jewelry we don’t know about. Nothing they can do just make a police report.The food is horrible! They left her in her diapers so long they disintegrated and were times I would come visit and she would be in the same clothes from weeks before. I really don’t think there has been a staff member that has been there over a year , constantly new employees. I know my mother is difficult . But they made no effort to help when she refused. So disappointed! We had to move her.

Pear Valley isn’t open yet, but I can’t wait! It is a beautiful facility in an awesome location nestled in the award winning Twin Creeks Development. The owners and operators are super nice folks. I am thrilled Twin Creeks and Central Point will have such a nice facility available for people that want to live in our beautiful little city!

I've lived in southern Oregon my whole life and Central Point has been my hometown for the majority of it. My folks are getting to be seniors so my sister and I have been searching for different facilities for them. This Pear Valley facility is in a good part of town and will be brand new so my sis suggested we look into it. I'll say this, a facility is only as good as the staff that works there and while the sales gal is a real gem, we got a bad taste in our mouth from the Facility Manager, Matt. Myself and my sister looked into this place on separate terms and both had similar impressions. We wont be recommending this facility unless some managment improvement happens.
