Brookdale Chandler Ray Road

They have risen rates 3 times in the past month. Some would say inflation. I would say price gouging and taking advantage of the elderly. The patient was overdosed on meds, fell a couple times, needed staples in their head, and the nurse couldnt even recognize this. Instead the nurse wanted to increase rates only after a few days. When that didnt work, the patient was pushed off to a hospital for observation. There is no assistance in living. They do the bare minimum while asking for more money. While the family is there Every day looking in on the patient and even completing duties that the staff should be doing. Not impressed

My mother was at this facility at the end of her life in hospice care. The staff went above and beyond and always so caring to not only my mother but my whole family. Jorge was one of the aides and was amazing! He was my mom’s “favorite” and always was so kind and made her feel extra special and well cared for. We need more Jorge’s in this world! Thank you for the great care. I would highly recommend this assisted living center for any of my loved ones.

Appreciated the time Allan, the sales manager, took to show me around and provide education as the family is beginning our process for LTC for our loved one.

On a professional note: I have had the pleasure of working with the Executive Director, Amy, in obtaining assistance for a dear friends father who needed to be moved into assisted living. Their experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment they first visited the community through to their father being moved into Brookdale Chandler Ray Road, they were treated with care and respect as they navigated the process. On a personal note: I have had the pleasure of working with Amy in navigating and learning the ropes of senior living. So much to understand about the partnerships you develop. Senior living is a specialized industry that takes a lot of patience to navigate and Amy has been extremely helpful. Thank you!

Brookdale Chandler Ray Road is a warm and loving community that takes great care of their residents. The staff have so much experience and really know how to provide great care. I am so glad to know the folks there and have volunteered before. I would not hesitate to move my loved one there. The nursing staff are top notch
