The Pines on Carmel Senior Living

My Mom is at The Pines on Carmel. We are so pleased with everything. The staff is great and there are activities for all different levels. My mom was living with me. I worked from home, so there wasn't much socializing with anyone her age. Now she has meals with her friends, chair excercise, getting her finger nails painted, physical therapy, different events in the TV room, birthday celebrations and so much more. There are activities going on all day. The center is large enough to meet plenty of people, but small enough so it has a family vibe. I can recommend The Pines on Carmel.

The Pines on Carmel is an absolutely wonderful place. My mother came from another facility, and the transition went so smoothly, which gave our family immense peace of mind. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and the level of care they provide is exceptional. Every single staff member is so incredibly kind, and they really go out of their way to make sure all the residents feel special and cared for. I especially want to thank Jamarcus in sales and Shushanna, who supervises Memory Care, for their incredible dedication—they truly go above and beyond for us. It gives me great peace of mind to know my mom is in such caring and capable hands. I highly recommend The Pines on Carmel to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive staff for their loved ones.

When my sister and brothers started looking for AL for our 94 year old mother , we had a list of 4 different places in Charlotte. My sister called them all, but Jamarcus Scott at The Pines on Carmel was the only person who could answer all our questions on the first call. We decided on The Pines and after 30 days are very pleased with all the care our mother is receiving. Samantha Glass and her team have guided us through moving our mother into her apartment and making sure she is comfortable and well taken care of… The whole staff at The Pines is so friendly and helpful. We are pleased with our mother’s care.

I recently moved my dad into The Pines on Carmel from another assisted living facility out of town. The transition has been great for him and he loves his new home. In my opinion, the staff has been great and to hear the same response from my dad confirms we made the right decision on calling The Pines on Carmel his new home! When I first started looking into new facilities to place my dad, I particularly looked deeply into the staff and management at each facility. I felt something very different at The Pines on Carmel. I could not be happier and to see that he is happy makes me feel we made the right choice. I would highly recommend The Pines on Carmel to anyone looking for an assisted living facility that deeply cares about their residents and their families!

My little lady friend is enjoying her time now at the Pines. The other residents and staff have been so warm and accommodating, making whole experience so pleasant. The move-in process was made easy by Jamarcus Scott. He took care of the details and helped out whenever possible, even moving in some furniture! The facility is so clean and well-maintained. It’s a pleasure to walk in and see my friend so happy!
