The Reserve at Greenbrier

Our meeting with Joan was exceptional. From start to finish, she was extremely professional and personal. Throughout our tour she explained everything the community had to offer. She left no stone unturned. She spoke on every physical feature of each building in the facility and on the community as a whole. She very clearly explained the process from where we stood today up to our family member moving in, and after the move in. The very few questions we had were answered completely.

I just met with Joan at The Reserve at Greenbrier for an impromptu tour and the residents seem so happy here ! The apartments are wonderfully layed out and are designed to be pleasing. The grounds are immaculate and the beautiful location is very appealing. Prices are inclusive for many amenities and is manageable for my fixed income. I have been working with Joan the past 6 months getting my sister her own place. The Reserve at Greenbrier is not only one of the best independent living communities I’ve seen around Hampton Roads but Joan really does seal the deal for you. From the moment you meet her, she is warm, professional and yet very personable. She already makes you feel at home! She is also very knowledgeable and has a million connections to find what you need to make the transition into The Reserve as smooth as possible. My friend is looking to move in and we met with Joan for a tour. She was so lovely and thorough with her tour that my friend put down her deposit that day! The apartments are luxury apartments and very spacious with a lot of storage and the grounds are gorgeous. It’s a gated community with very little traffic so it’s very quiet and safe. There are also many weekly and monthly activities that allow residents to be as social and active as they want! Joan has been a pleasure to work with and I definitely appreciated her knowledge of case management and community resources. I know my friend will be very comfortable and well-taken care of!
