Ivy at Clemmons

It’s been a year and a half since our love one has been at the Ivy at Clemmons. Since she’s been there, she has gained many friends and she loves the staff. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We have not had any negative experiences. Since the new administrator (Tracy) and her team came aboard several months ago, there has been a tremendous amount of improvements as well as upgrades to the facility. I feel confident that my love one is in a safe environment and she is in good hands. I would recommend The Ivy at Clemmons to anyone who is searching for an Assisted Living Facility for their love one.

I volunteer at the Ivy of Clemmons for many years. I have seen a lot of change for the better. The residents seem to be happy and comfortable. If anyone is looking for a good place to put their loved one, the Ivy is a great place to be!😊

This place is the worst! I recently had to move a client from this facility. Throughout my interaction with this facility, management changed rapidly and the services rendered greatly deteriorated. My client was severely beaten by a roommate whilst at this facility. Additionally, despite being cognitively impaired, my client was sent to medical appointments unaccompanied and in a poor condition. On three occasions, doctors at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital notified me on complaints about the facility with regards to the poor hygiene of my client while attending medical appointments. When I voiced my complaint, the manager did not see anything wrong with his actions or lack thereof. The Director of Residence Care is of no assistance. When requesting medical documents, you get the runaround. The Department of Health and Human Services is curently investigating this place. Do yourself and your loved ones a huge favor and save them from mistreatment. Stay away!!!

I visit my great aunt here often, and each time I come I am greeted by friendly warm staff and the residents seem really happy to be there. There’s just a really great over all vibe about the facility. I’m really happy she is living there and doing so well!

The residents here are amazing. Every time I come to visit I always get a great greeting from the residents. The staff are great. I really like all of the improvements I have seen in this building.
