Garden Plaza of Cleveland

Garden Plaza has been my mom’s home for over a year now. We checked several homes from Chattanooga to Knoxville before choosing GP. I’ve found it to be one of the nicest facilities of all we visited, bested only by a place in Farragut at 3x the price! The staff at GP is excellent, friendly and professional. The building is spotless and well-maintained. I truly couldn’t ask for a better home for my mom, and the fact that I live in the same town is icing on a sweet cake!

Moved in in mid May and feel it was the right move for my wife and I at our age. Downsized, but plenty of room for our needs. Have met and made many new friends with friendly folks that were already living here. Food is good and there are activities for any interest. Garden Plaza is head and shoulders above what we saw at similar facilities. Staff is super. I would highly recommend Garden Plaza t Cleveland

My parents moved in approximately two years ago. Garden Plaza has been a great place for them to get involved in many different activities and to make new friends. There are a variety of different types of activities including field trips, concerts, ice cream socials, exercise classes, game nights etc. We also have a great level of comfort that our parents are in a safe, secure environment. We LOVE Garden Plaza at Cleveland.

My mother has lived at Garden Plaza in Cleveland TN for three + years now and has flourished. The staff is tremendous. Most everyone calls my mother by name. A few, like L. Copley and K. Bolin, even remember my name and my wife’s name — although they rarely encounter us during our weekly visits. Amazing! People clearly matter at Garden Plaza. The security and safety services — such as daily check in — give peace of mind. The cleaning services are good and reliable. The public areas have never appeared unkept. The only weak spot which has been a struggle for Garden Plaza is the dining room wait staff. Apparently, the considerable turnover has led to inconsistent dining room service during meals. Any special requests we’ve made to accommodate my mother’s specific needs have been handled promptly and flexibly. It is not cheap but is competitively priced for similar quality of residence and care. I recommend Garden Plaza in Cleveland TN.

My mother recently moved into an Independent Living apartment at Garden Plaza. She is enjoying the many activities that are offered to residents. The staff are friendly and helpful. She has made many new friends and felt very welcomed.
