United Methodist Communities at Collingswood

My Mom is here now for short term rehab. She feels so at home at this place. The staff are all very caring, responsible & respectful. The food is delicious. It's very clean & comfortable, & there are wonderful activities for her to take part in. I have ZERO regrets bringing her here. I can relax knowing that she is being very well cared for.

Visited a friend who just moved there at assisted living level. Had lunch with her on 1 st floor dining room. Debbie, the waitress, was so nice, friendly & helpful..Friend was there 2 months ago for pt. One of the elevators was not working. That same elevator is still being fixed. Very hard for residents in wheelchairs & using walkers to have to wait as only one elevator woworkingWoman at reception desk very friendly.

My Mother was here for a couple of months and it was horrible. I had to have a family member there with her all day. Mom needed help with eating her puréed food . When I would get there around 11:00 in the morning her breakfast was shill sitting there untouched and cold. I had to shower her myself. I would ask them to do it but they never did. Mom was in a wheelchair because she couldn’t walk. I could go on and on but I hope you never put your love one in this place.

My husband and I pull up and they had it all decorated for Christmas. We liked that they have rocking chairs outside for patients and their loved ones to sit outside and visit when its nice out. We walked through the doors and was very pleased with the decor. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The place was kept us nicely. My mom says everyone is so nice. That's what matters the most! I would def recommend this place to anyone looking for this type of facility. Thank you!

Our family is SO THANKFUL that mom is a part of the UM Communities of Collingswood family. We are so fortunate that she is able to have the opportunity to live in such a special place. A big thank you to Carlene for her expertise in the admissions process, and her support and understanding through this stressful time. The rehab/PT/OT is wonderful at Collingswood Manor! Mom had a great experience! The staff are so caring and helpful. The nurses and aids are fantastic. The love and understanding they provide is commendable. From someone who visits quite frequently, I have seen the caring nature of the staff in all areas including admissions, front desk, dining, care giving, and maintenance. Collingswood Manor is a beautiful facility because of the people that live and work there. We are truly grateful for mom’s new home and family.
