Harmony at Kent

My Mom is a resident. When she first got there things were good. But this year things have gone downhill. I know for a fact the dining room and food service is the worst. Last night the resident did not get feed until late and they were banging on the tables for their food. This is not acceptable nor will it be tolerated. These family out their parents in your care and pay good money to have their parents there. As a RN I can tell you, you have gone to far this time. I should not have to babysit you and tell you how to care for you residents. You are letting these residents down and need to address this situation today. I read the the other reviews and the owner only replied to the positions. He needs to open his eyes and smell the roses. Thank you

Went on a tour yesterday at Harmony and was delighted by what I saw while I was there. I viewed Studio and 1 Bedroom apartments. They were clean, large and setup wonderfully. I toured all the rooms with services like hair salon and entertainment theatre. I was very impressed with beautiful dining room and game rooms. Libraries were quiet and inviting spaces for quiet conversations. Just wonderful! The residences all looked pretty happy.

Brenda, the life enrichment Director is the best and very creative lots of good ideas and fun activities. All of the staff is phenomenal sweet and helpful.

Just moved our mother into Harmony at Kent and they made it very easy. The transition was seamless and very professional. Kate, LaToya, Jamyra and many others were very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions.

This place is amazing! I recently went for a tour with the marketing person, she was so delightful and knowledgeable, the staff were always smiling and saying hello at every turn. The prices are pretty comparable to the other communities, but this one seems to be the best!
