Lexington House is a small, residence where you will find a warm, friendly atmosphere and kind, compassionate staff 24/7. Nutritious meals are served family style with accommodations for special dietary needs and preferences. As a Certified Health Coach, the owner has made fresh healthy food an important part of our program. We provide individualized care and assistance with all activities of daily living. Residents enjoy time resting or working in the garden, arts and crafts, exercise and games. We endeavor to support each resident’s unique interests. All of the rooms are private and families are encouraged to personalize each room with a resident’s own important possessions. Come meet our people!
