Elk Ridge Assited Living is such a wonderful place for your loved ones to live! The care your family members receive will be that of kindness, respect, love, and dignity. The owner and all of the staff members would do anything for any and all of the residents living there. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere where you will know that your loved one is being taken care of with such great love and respect.
My mother was very well taken care of here. The CNA’s a nice and caring and the owner Chris is amazing. He has gone out of his way to make my mother comfortable. I can tell he really cares about the people who stay there.
Very disappointed in the management behavior of this facility. The owner threatens staff, tells clients they are fat. The clients are left in wet clothes, left overnight with one staff and gets upset when clients are taken to the doctor. The owner does not care about safety of the clients or the staff. I would never take my family to this facility! He is also given raises to staff that add good reviews.
DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! Chris and the staff have been absolutely awful to my grandmother! ignoring her calls and constantly complaining about her health, her weight and about her being there overall. If your loved one needs any real help with their health and daily routines don't use this facility. You would be better off finding somewhere else.
Chris, thank you so much for taking such good care of my mother in law Marlene Mayo. Your facility is first class all the way. The facility, the staff, the food, everyone there made Marlene feel at home. As her life drew to a close you and your staff showed her such great care and love, and took such good care of her.
