They've been great with my family staying there. Just remodeled some and it looks nice.
My mom was at Washington Oaks until she passed. They treated her with nothing but respect even though she had issues with dementia that caused minor issues during her stay their. Everyone was so friendly , kind and understanding. Yes there were a few things that could have been better but overall I would live there if I needed to!! Yes I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a place for elderly living, care or convenient elderly living. They treat BOTH the person living there and the family as all one big family member of the place. I love how much I felt welcomed every time I was there 💓 I happily and loving give them 5 stars!!
wish to report my experience in this community. I find it to be a tip top place to live, when one needs to live away from their home. The staff is excellent always aware of our needs. The food is quite good with a varied menu and many choices in which to decide. I love the many offerings!!! We have many activities that are well received by all. Many card games are also on the menu. So much to do, so it’s up to you what activity you wish to do each day. My apt. is wonderful and it suits me and my cat very well! I can’t think of a thing that i don't love about Washington Oakes!! It truly is my home and I have met many terrific new friends!
My mother lived here at Washington Oakes until she passed a year ago. She loved it here and we, her family loved it here and were grateful to have found this place. The environment is clean, pleasant, beautiful, and welcoming. The management and all the staff are wonderful and caring, including the kitchen staff, and the food is very good, which is important. They take very good care of their residents and are committed to their care.
My father Bill has been living at Washington Oaks for 3 years now! He absolutely loves it! He has made many friends that have become like family to him! The staff is so friendly and look after my dad with such loving care! If you’re looking for a place for your loved ones I highly recommend Washington Oaks Senior living Community!
