Atria Fairhaven

Normally, I don't post reviews, but Atria is so amazing, I felt like I needed to. My mom is in the living guidance and my dad is in the assisted living side. The care that they both are receiving exceeds my expectations. Living out of state is difficult, but the staff is amazing, especially Kimberly Ratcliffe and Sherri Martin who have gone over and above which has given me peace and comfort knowing the great care they are receiving. Any questions that I might have, they are always quick to respond. All of the staff is amazing, kind and caring. From the receptionist , dining room and the health care aids. The facility is super clean and the atmosphere is good. It has made the transition for my parents smooth and easy. Thank you Kim and Sherri for all you've done for us!!!

The staff at Atria have made my mom’s transition to assisted living very smooth. The staff in Life Guidance are exceptional! They have taken the time to get to know my mom and treat her like their family. S Boswell

I recently took a tour of the facility. I'm looking at facilities for my dad who needs more care than he can provide for himself. When I walked in the facility I was very impressed on the apparents and they also had a little welcome sign with my name on it. Karen the receptionist very friendly informative. I met with Maryanne who is the community sales director at Adria fairhaven in Mass. She was very friendly very informative and made me feel very comfortable and so did the staff. She did show me a couple of units that are a possibility for my dad. The facility is very clean and it felt like a hotel. The facility offers a lot of services for their residents and again I was very impressed with the facility and staff. It would definitely be a place I would feel comfortable to have my dad. And surprisingly at the end of the tour I was given a little gift and that really was unexpected. Anyway it is a wonderful place a beautiful community and Thank you to everyone for their kindness and their time

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Atria in Fairhaven. My auntie received the best care during her three years living there. She always spoke so highly of all the staff. They are so kind and compassionate always going above and beyond every day. A big thank you to Kim. You are truly amazing. Thank you for your kindness and for guiding me every step of the way at the end of my aunties life. I don’t know how I would have gotten through it without your help. It really shows how much you and all the staff care about the work that you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would highly recommend Atria.

I moved my Mom from Florida to Atria after my Dad died. Mom had never lived in this area therefore had no friends. This was the best move she has ever made. She never felt like an outsider. The activities were great. She was occupied and thrived in this atmosphere. The employees are incredible and have become my friends. I was able to go away on vacations and not worry about my Mom. She was taken care of in every way. Atria made every holiday special and I loved celebrating holidays with my mom in the comfort of her home. My mom loved this place so much that she convinced her sister from Florida to move in too!
