So I checked my son and myself here, and the rooms were fairly clean. I made a $50 cash deposit. I called at 10:15 am for late checkout until 11:20am. The gentlemen said, "Of course, that's fine, but no later than 1130AM." So I checked out at 11:20 once I returned. I went to get my deposit, and the guy left, and the lady told me to come back tomorrow. So I went back the following day. The lady yelled at me and said it was too bad u checked out late, and I'm not giving your deposit back. I WAS SHOCKED!! she said anytime after 11AM, no one gets deposit back. I told her I called and spoke to her coworker, and he approved saying it was fine bc I was working. She then called me. A liar.. every dollar counts for me. If she only knew my circumstances, maybe she would have given it back. But I owe her nothing, but for her to know, SHE DOES NOT DESERVE HER JOB AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. LET SOMEONE ELSE HAVE HER JOB WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND REVENUE.
So grateful for the transportation program & The Club. Everyone is very caring & helpful ! I look forward to respite I receive knowing my loved one is safe.
This company is amazing I love how close they work with IHSS county workers and aiding resources for seniors in the community. They are 100% compliance with all regulations.
