My father has lived at NPSL-Faribault in memory care for the past 3 1/2 years. This facility is exceptional. We really like the size of the facility where it is not so big. The staff takes vary good care of my father. The food is good, have fun activities, very clean and well kept up. The staff is so friendly, and makes it fun for the residents Staff turnover is very low. They keep the family well informed. I would highly recommend NPSL in Faribault.

We moved my parents into New Perspectives about a month ago. It has been a wonderful experience. It was nearly 6 months ago when we first contacted them. At that time there was not an apartment available but the staff met with us to show the facility and explain the services available. In the weeks and months after that they were always available to us for any questions we had and very responsive to any inquiries we made. When an apartment finally became available Donielle was there with us every step of the way. Even answering texts in the weekend! Always available to answer and questions or concerns we may have. She truly cares about the residents! The move went very smoothly and my parents settled in at this location! Top of their “favorites” list are the meals, with activities being a close second. They especially appreciate the field trips to local stores and restaurants on the NP bus. They have also commented on how clean the facility is. There are so many things I personally love but my favorite is the staff. Literally every person I’ve met has gone out of their way to smile and make small talk, even just in passing in the hallway. They really make you feel welcome! The facilities are very clean and if any additional help is needed (getting cable hooked up, an issue with an outlet, etc) they get it taken care of right away! Finally, Donielle is wonderful. She makes every resident AND their families feel special!! If you are looking for a facility for a loved one this is the place without a doubt!!

Our family was fortunate to find New Perspective during an senior living search for mom. From our first interaction with Donielle to the ongoing interaction with staff, we found everyone was very caring anð professional. New Perspective was able to provide several living options and the apartment chosen was very clean and maintained, If there were any conceŕns, they were immediately addressed. The location common areas were well maintained and the decor was very warm and inviting. I ate meals with mom when i visited and found the meals provided were very flavorful with generous portions. Mom's apartment was cleaned, laundry washed, and self care assistance was provided on a frequent, consistent basis. An activity schedule is provided with multiple activites occuring on a daily basis which allowed participants to pick and choose from the offerings. Due to my positive experience, I would definitely recommend New Perspective!

We were looking for a Senior Living facility for my Mom. We found New Perspective here in Faribault. Donielle helped tremendously with the move in. The staff here is unbelievable caring and talented. I can't say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a Senior Living facility.
