Probably one of the best assisted living facilities around!! Amazing staff.
Communication is Important-This is very unfortunate to write this. I was approached for a position for a new community in Fremont, emphasis being I was approached. The new Administrator reached out to me via text and then we set up a meeting, toured the community and we discussed in detail plans for the community and employment. . I left the meeting excited as I had expressed interest in this community several times through another contact. I received a phone call later that evening, again very positive, etc. informed I would be hearing from the owners, etc. Since then I have tried to contact through texts and phone calls and I am being ignored. Mind you, I understand if there were changes that transpired, but it is extremely unprofessional to just ignore someone and I would hope this would not happen to others. I want to add I have heard nothing but great things about the new owners but if management can just ignore that is very unfortunate. Ghosting is disrespectful and hurtful period, let alone coming from a leader within the community. Will potential residents and families be ignored as I was?
