THE LYNMOORE AT LAWNWOOD

My father moved into memory care at the LynMoore in June 2024. There was new ownership by the end of 2024. A few months under the new owners, I was asked to be interviewed on video for marketing purposes, and I agreed although I had recently discovered that there were periods of 10 to 12 hours where my incontinent father was neither checked nor changed. This discovery led to subsequent months of continual outreach to their on-site management as the problem would keep reoccurring. Many of my efforts to communicate resulted in no response at all unless I showed up in person. Even my efforts to talk to regional management were unsuccessful. I had to contact the company one more time since my father moved out in August of 2025 regarding insurance. I once again encountered the same lack of communication and even was told lies. I deeply regret that the recorded interview I did months beforehand was used in a Tv commercial as I would no longer recommend this business. The aides my father had on a reoccurring basis during the day, and one of the aides at night, were reliable. The food was decent. The main reason for my low rating is due to the management and their inability to correct the lack of oversight on his hygiene and their unresponsiveness.

The Lynmoore at Lawnwood is truly exceptional! The staff is warm, attentive, and treats residents like family. The community is clean, welcoming, and full of activities that keep everyone engaged and happy. My loved one feels safe, cared for, and genuinely at home here. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a compassionate and supportive retirement community

I want to take a moment to say to Crystal and the rest of the team at Lynmore are wonderful. Toured the grounds and this place is beautiful, landscape very well maintained. Lynmore is filled with wonderful natural light, great color palette and all the residents I had the chance to meet are very happy to be at Lynmore. Thank you Crystal

On July 8 I toured this amazing facility not sure if my mom would be a resident. But I believed that I needed to go to this place. I wasn't disappointed, from the moment I walked in I received a warm welcome from the receptionist. Crystal in sales made me feel like family. We talked for a bit then she showed me the different rooms, the beautiful sitting area ect. Well needless to say mom will be moving in!! I'm so very grateful to Crystal, Alissa and ALL the management staff. This is truly such a blessing ,thank you so much in advance for taking excellent care of my mom ❤️❤️

The Lynnoore at Lawnwood Shuttle. 🚌 I wouldn’t let my anyone ride with the woman who drives their shuttle…..changes lanes without signals…..swerving in and out of lanes……absolutely horn crazy blowing the horn constantly. I am sure some of the residents weren’t enjoying this ride. I contacted the office and spoke to The Office Manager-Zulma in regard to their shuttle and she was very dismissive. Her first question was if I had a family member in their care which I did not nor would I ever after having this interaction. At this point she didn’t care and verbally attacked me for calling about their driver 🤪. I thought they might be concerned as they take care of elderly loved ones, but nope. She proceeded to then hang up on the phone on me……read all my other reviews…….less than 2% of them are less than 4 ⭐️s. I left a message at their office and called corporate with no response. They now won the donkey🫏 of the day. 💯 BEWARE!
