Morningstar in Fountain Hills was a blessing of a fantastic place for my dad; from the first day he moved in, to the last day his big personality lived in his tiny little 91 year old body. Thank you to Kris, Cathy, and the entire care team...from the bottom of my heart! What an incredible experience for him, and for us as a family.♥♥ After mom being here almost a year, wow, night and day in happiness for her, despite natural effects of aging. The team is exceptionally upbeat, responsive, compassionate, and empathetic. They take action on needed items quickly, and mom is thriving and making friends! She was isolating in her condo, now she's exercising every morning, participating in almost constant activities, and it's fun to visit her! I want to live there in a few decades!!! The team here is absolutely amazing. Cathy Executive Director so kind and lovely person is thriving for excellence in a beautiful Fountain Hills neighborhood. The community is full of great activities hosted by an amazing Director Alma and her team. The memory care area is a beautifully decorated with a calm warmth feeling. It’s a safe and secure space for people to thrive with dementia. The caregivers are kind and prestige. You will enjoy a tour.

My family and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care my dad received at MorningStar Assisted Living in Fountain Hills, particularly their memory care facility. After looking at countless places across the county, including some highly recommended ones, we knew MorningStar was the best choice. From day one, the entire staff exceeded our expectations. The administrative team is fantastic—always responsive and compassionate. The nursing staff is truly amazing, providing excellent care while being attentive to my dad's needs. The med techs were equally incredible, treating him with kindness and respect throughout his stay. In his final days, my dad continued to receive the best care possible, and we felt fully supported every step of the way. MorningStar gave my dad the dignity and comfort he deserved, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone looking for a compassionate, professional facility for their loved ones. I just have to say my mother was a resident here from the time that it opened. We just lost her on 9/12. From the moment we stepped into Morning Star we knew this was the place she would spend the rest of her life. I have nothing but positive things to say from the beginning of her stay up until the very end. They all took such amazing care of my mom, stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of with hospice etc. My daughter,granddaughter and sister stayed from the time she went on hospice until the end. The care takers all of them, Laura, Renata, Patsy, Hazzel, Amy, Elizabeth, Lupe, and everyone else sorry if I left your name out, all went above and beyond and I want to just thank you all for your kindness and compassion during the last week. They made sure we were all ok comforted us during this difficult time. Laura Olson, Luann, Both Debs front desk and concierge deb were wonderful along with Carolyn. Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts. We miss our daily visits coming to see my mom and miss seeing everyone. Thank you for all of the help/guidance you all provided during those last trying days, you were all truly like a family. My beloved mother in-law resided in the memory care unit at MorningStar. We are so thankful for all the great care she received. The staff from the care givers to the nurses to the management team and even the front desk staff was incredible. Attentive, compassionate, dedicated and so caring. We would visit her everyday and she was always dressed nicely, coiffed and of course well surrounded. So thankful we found such a great place for her.
