Fountains took excellent care of my mom. The people working there were compassionate, patient and loving! The residents were friendly, fun people! I would definitely recommend!
Office heads are very unprofessional. Will not answer your calls while you are an employee there. They are not even in the building most of the time. They just come in to show their face then they leave. If there’s an issue with your pay or insurance issues they totally don’t care. You never know who does what role there. Got a payroll question… the DON who’s an Lpn handles it. So it’s like there’s no HR person. Just called about my last check from there that I didn’t receive. No response back at all until today finally Pat calls me but with an attitude instead of being professional and address my concerns about my last check. I worked faithfully as a Lpn for this place. Worked out my two week notice and when I left there was no thank you for my work there or anything. Most of their staff is Hispanics that they have working for way less than normal. Also they cannot communicate with the nurse or the residents because they do not speak English at all. Language barrier. Residents are complaining about the issue also that they can’t even communicate with them to tell them what they need. Before putting your loved one there mingle with other residents to get feedback. Lots of them complain about that place and office staff.
