I love Ms. Lynne! She is one of the best instructors I have ever had, her compassion, patience, and professionalism express how she truly cares about the health and wellness of the community and those just starting in the healthcare field as Certified as Nursing Assistants. I chose this program over others because it was flexible with my work schedule and fit into my budget. I would encourage anyone looking to start their career in the healthcare field to start at Heart to Heart Training Center.

I have had the privilege of witnessing Ms. Lynne teach in this CNA program. I've seen consistency & a very intentional system set for her students to learn and grow. She marks a spot in their career choice and does very well. I applaud Ms. Lynne for facing challenges on a daily basis. Not everyone can fill those shoes as an instructor. But I have seen success come from her classes; students who are now becoming licensed and official. I can imagine how exciting it is for them to feel successful because of the type of Instructor they had. Ms. Lynne is supportive and her best interest is making sure her students learn the correct way. She does not cheat or take short cuts to get her job done. And it shows. I would also like to address the people who dont have anything productive to say & that is that you will never succeed in anything you do with that type of mentality. If you are in a position to help make something better then put your skills to work otherwise take a seat somewhere. For those of you who are interested in becoming a successful CNA, check out this program. You won't regret it. Good Job Ms. Lynne on all of the students who have successfully completed your training & are now working side by side with nurses & doctors.. !!

My experience with this businesswoman has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the start, it became clear that professionalism and communication were not priorities for her. She consistently failed to communicate important information in a timely manner, often waiting until the last minute to provide updates or changes, leaving students scrambling to adjust. There is a noticeable level of favoritism in how she interacts with certain students, which creates an uncomfortable and unbalanced learning environment. This lack of fairness and transparency has caused many students to feel alienated and undervalued. Her inability to effectively teach or connect with her students is a major concern. Rather than creating a supportive and structured learning experience, she seems more focused on maximizing profits than actually delivering value. The overall atmosphere feels transactional rather than educational, with little regard for student growth or satisfaction. It’s unfortunate, but it’s clear that many students, myself included, do not intend to return due to the poor experience. A true educator should prioritize the success and well-being of their students — sadly, that is not the case here.

I was a student from this amazing program. The instructor is one of the wisest people I have ever met in my life and this was very helpful for my development and success in this program, if you have ever wondered to become a CNA, heart to heart will give you a wonderful experience.
