My mom lives at Lake Huron Woods and she loves it here. She has lived here for almost 4 years and is proud to call this home. Mom likes getting together with friends here to play games and cards. She says it is like living on a cruise ship without the water. And living here is even better since the new manager Diane got here. Diane is very friendly and has made a lot of great changes. During morning coffee hour, Diane likes to stop by and visit and answer questions. The holiday decorations are beautiful and a great improvement. Mom really enjoys the holiday buffets; they are delicious with a lot of variety. The serving staff are friendly and helpful. They know each person by name and want to provide a great dining experience. The Activities Director provides a variety of indoor activities(crafts, bingo, wine parties) and trips to grocery, theater and restaurants. All of the staff, including the office, maintenance and food service, are very personable and helpful. Mom loves it here!
My husband and I have lived here 2 years this January and we LOVE IT!!!! Our two bedroom apartment is very large. I never thought we'd find a place with a living room to handle our large living room set and our living room here has plenty room for it. Our master bedroom is very large and able to accommodate our King size bedroom set and has a giant walk-in closet. Our second bedroom is our study with our television, computer, easy chairs and desk. We also love the balcony we have with a view of the woods. The location in the woods is so quiet and beautiful. Each of the residents we have met are terrific and very friendly. The entire staff here is extremely kind, friendly and caring. We couldn't have found a better place to call HOME!!!!
My father lived here some years ago. His apartment was lovely and the staff were great. When things went downhill the staff was there for us with the extra services we needed. This is long overdue, thank you for your care it was much appreciated.
Wonderful staff, caring healthcare, clean and safe environment. Yummy kitchen creations with the best desserts. Fun activities and trips.
This place is absolutely gorgeous the staff is phenomenal, I am not yet a resident but I am on the list waiting for that phone call I cannot wait to move in here again I can’t express how beautiful this place is very clean
