Charter Senior Living of Gallatin

With my healthcare job, I go into this facility quite often. The atmosphere is always upbeat. The staff and residents are always smiling and treat each other like family. If you ask a staff member about one of the residents, you can tell they genuinely care and take the time to know each of the residents. There is always a fun activity going on. Honestly, I want to stay and hang out with them when I visit there. And then there is the facility dog, Sam. Amazing.

This facility is amazing. When you walk through the doors you feel as if you are in your family home and NOT a facility. They even have the family pets (cats, dogs and birds). The staff is so very kind and patient with all residents. Everyone from, Stephanie, the director to Paula, Health and Wellness Director, to all the nurses are such a pleasure to work with. If you have a family member in need PLEASE do not hesitate to move here.

Charter Senior Living of Gallatin is a top notch facility! I have been VERY impressed with the care, compassion, and quality of service that my loved one receives. They are a class act and have been a blessing to myself and my family. I just can't brag on them enough!!! Also, I would like to give you a well deserved and sincere "thank you" from me personally.

My father-in-law is there. We couldn't ask for a better place! All the staff are so compassionate & caring. Several staff members have been there over 20 years. They are all very helpful & friendly. We highly recommend it.

I do hair here every tuesday for the residence. The employees and residents are all like family. You feel welcome as soon as you walking the door. The staff is great. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is even better. So if you are looking to put your loved one in a great facility, you have found your place.
