I love Brookdale North Gilbert! Candy Watts is amazing and very personable when it comes to working with families, as well as the whole staff. Everyone is friendly, the building is clean, and I would recommend this building to anyone who is looking for Memory Care! We moved our sister into Brookdale North in Gilbert three weeks ago from New York, and from the very beginning, we’ve been incredibly grateful for the exceptional support we’ve received. Traci Henderson was our first point of contact, and she went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of the admission process was handled efficiently and with care, making what could have been a stressful transition feel seamless. Since her arrival, our experience with the entire care team has been nothing short of outstanding. Their compassion, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to the well-being of each resident are truly remarkable. It’s clear that every team member is deeply committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. What has touched us most is the time and effort the staff invests in truly getting to know each resident. It takes a very special kind of professional to care for individuals with dementia, and we feel incredibly fortunate that our sister is in such capable, compassionate hands.

We chose Brookdale North Gilbert for its bright, friendly atmosphere. The well trained staff work together to keep the residents happy and busy. As a proactive family we got to know the staff through the ups and downs of this heart wretching journey - the staff is amazing! Thank you to all the staff at Brookdale North Gilbert for all you do.

We recently placed my mother at Brookdale North Gilbert. She has a beautiful studio with fresh paint and a small kitchen. The staff, are efficient and very helpful. The nurses, CNA’s and caregivers are compassionate, friendly and treat my mother well. My mother has been at other assisted care facilities and none compare to the cleanliness, compassion and care that she has received at Brookdale North Gilbert.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! MANY staff members ignored residents’/patients’ request to use the restrooms on numerous occasions when I visited. On one occasion, an older Asian male staff member forcibly pulled a women by the arm down the hallway faster than her feet can move and almost made her fall. He had also teased, confused, and upset a resident by telling her another staff member was her son and questioning her about her memory. These patients are here bc of memory issues. How dare he!!!! Several times, requests to make our loved one more comfortable were completed ignored. They kept telling us they were going to address it, we waited a half hour then they whisked her away to lunch without addressing it. On another visit, a tall white brunette with glasses was yelling rudely at a resident to open her mouth for medication and getting upset that the patient/resident wasn’t reacting quickly to her request. Very few staff demonstrate compassion and dignity towards residents.
