"Don't send people you love here. Reasons by fact. 1 they don't coordinate with there shifts for the information to run the place. Example they have cigarette breaks every hour when I was there the evening shift pulled the cigarettes to the front area they lobby and morning to the office this ok but the evening shift demands yyou have your cigarettes with you up front to get them oh as they get mad at you and reconcile with you the morning shift won't let them leave the office and says we don't let them leave the office they're not supposed to be out there and they do not coordinate with each other to figure out what they're doing after time and time again it happens and they yell at us it gets worse number two I'm doing this by voice cuz it's easier I saw a client get hit in the head after being ornery and pushing one of the employees the employee then hit him in the head and attacked him and when the client retreated to his bedroom to get away the employee chasing down the hallway grabbed him by the head and pulled him back and hit him more I reported this they covered it up on their cameras number three don't need much say more than that if you love someone don't send them there they will not get help they need these people that are in charge of the client sit there on their cell phones with their wives all day chatting and watching church videos sounds real nice they don't listen to anything they don't do anything they yell at us for asking them to do so they want us to do stuff if we don't do it immediately they don't do it in a coordinated environmentals a safe way Jer"
