Amarsi Assisted Living

I go to Amarsi almost daily. My interaction with the staff is amazing! They are friendly, always smiling and inviting. Their interactions with the residents is positive engagements. The staff are responsive to the residents wants and needs. The wellness director Rebecca and administrator Eric go above and beyond to ensure the residents are taken care of, have everything they need and interact immediately with them if necessary. The changes to the building are impressive. I would bring my own mother here if she needed a place to stay.

If you care for your loved ones DO NOT put them in this facility. My mother is currently there and on hospice. We are fighting to get her somewhere else in her last days. The bugs in her room are disgusting. They even crawl along her bed. It is a horrible sight and horrible that low income people have no better options than this. The facility director took advantage of our mother because my husband is out of town for work weeks at a time. So he made it seem like we abandoned her here and he has control of her social security finances and everything now. We are fighting every way we know how and are not getting anywhere. I just wanted this to be a warning to anyone else please don’t let your loved one and up here.

The staff has been absolutely amazing to my family member and my family when I come by to visit. We couldn’t be happier at another facility, and trust me we have tried others. I would personally like to thank the evening staff for take extra time to get my aunt situated. Also would like to thank Rebecca McCall for all that she does behind the scenes!

I moved my father to Amarsi at the beginning of July 2025. His previous living situation did not meet expectations as far as taking care of an elderly person. I explained this to the admin Rebecca and she was very understanding and did what she could to assist me with moving my father to the facility. The Medical Director, Rebecca has gone above and beyond to assist me with helping my father get the medicine he needs and making him feel comfortable during his moving transition. I know I can call on her any time of the day or night and she will be there to help with whatever we need. She's starting to feel like family and I know my father is in good hands. The Facility Director, Terry is the reason why I chose Amarsi. He was welcoming, caring, and addressed any concerns I had. He assured me my father would be well taken care of. We've been here over a month now and I couldn't be happier. The other staff members friendly and helpful as well. Thank you Amarsi for taking care of my father and making sure he has everything he needs.

The staff is very caring,compassionate and helpful. The residents are friendly and welcoming to others. The staff goes above and beyond to help. If there was more caring people like Rebecca M.,Norma T. Roxanne,Dawn,April and Leslie the world would be a greater place.
