Harmony at Harts Run

Staff and facilities are amazing! Marissa was nothing short of sensational in the whole onboarding process and ongoing support and communications. All questions answered and family members are always safe and secure. A true peace of mind knowing how well your loved ones are in good hands. Highly recommend exploring what they have to offer.

This is a great place for the elderly. Staff is very attentive and caring. There are alot of things to offer them here, plus the fact they still have their own privacy. I had my father in law there for over 2 years. I could not have chosen a better place for him. He was well loved and cared for by everyone, from nursing, Sue , head of medical, Nichole, most of all Dana, Activities. She had the best influence on him. If ever I had issues with him, she would handle it. She is very loving but stern. All staff members were great with him. I must add, he was existing before he went here,after being there, he was living. He was very happy there. He was 89 years old and I have to say, the last 2 years there were the best I had seen him in a very long time. There are so many activities, family functions and things to do there. I was able to go away to visit grandkids and feel at ease. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I highly recommend it.

I cannot say enough about the new management at this location. From the time you enter the building you feel a culture of warmth, happiness and comfort. They are amazing every staff member is happy and kind. I have never seen anything like it. If you are looking this is the best of the best! My loved ones were very resistant and after 3 months they are settling in well thanks to everyone at this harts run location thank you team HARMONY!!! Oh and family nights are the best they make us feel so welcomed with a fun theme monthly it’s truly awesome can’t wait to join the next event

Our parents recently came to realize that it was time to move into an assisted living facility. Harmony at Hartwood was close to where we wanted , so we looked into the facility and liked what we saw. What stood out the most as being truly exceptional, was all of the staff that we dealt with. Everyone was so helpful , caring and passionate with everything they did. My parents moved in and immediately saw and felt the same way. With all of the activities they have and such a great staff, I would comfortably recommend Harmony at Harts Run

We had the most wonderful experience with Harmony. My mother and father needed moved from their winter home in Florida to assisted living in Pittsburgh Harmony worked with us every step of the way. The transition from airport to direct admittance was done so professionally and with tenderness. Would highly recommend Harmony!!!
