Belmont Village Senior Living Glenview

I cannot say enough good things about Belmont Village Glenview. The staff is like a big family to my mom and to me and to each other. They treat the residents with such incredible kindness and patience. From the management to nursing staff to kitchen staff, pals, the wonderful women at the front desk.. and drivers they seems to hire people who love people which is exactly is needed in this very special environment. I wish the rest of the world were this way! The circle of friends is a wonderful program. With so much gratitude..

Belmont Village Glenview is a fantastic place for senior living. I had two grandparents in end-of-life memory care here and I really cannot overstate how fantastic the staff is. Caring for patients with memory loss and degenerative aging diseases is hard, but the staff here are up to the task, from the top-level program directors to the nursing assistants on the floor. They are deeply professional, deeply kind, and the facility is clearly careful not to throw anyone into a shift without the right training for the challenges that can arise. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My father passed away a few weeks ago in Arizona and my mom decided to move back to Illinois to be closer to us. Belmont Village accommodated a virtual tour and FaceTime interviews. They made the intake process easy and were willing to work with us from abroad during an incredibly difficult time for our family. I was struck with how long staff have been there and noticed that they had obviously had solid training in working with people in this age group. The customer service and responsiveness has been outstanding and being Pilipino/Filipino, my mom loves that there are Pilipinos/Filipinos on staff. More importantly, she is happy with the care and support she is receiving daily from this lovely community.

This is the second celebration I've experienced at Belmont Village and they have both been above and beyond. The food is always excellent and the staff is incredible. Belmont Village Glenview has an impressively kind and attentive staff. I am happy and relieved that my mother, with all of her special needs, has found her "home" with BV. Very grateful.

Our 92 year old mother, with advanced stages of ALZ, has been at Belmont Village, Glenview, for nearly four years now. And without a moment's hesitation, we can honestly say there is absolutely NO BETTER Place than Belmont Village for Mom to get the love and care she needs. Every person on staff shows constant dedication and genuine caring for residents and family members alike. Our decision to entrust the staff at Belmont Village with Mom's care gives our entire family immeasurable peace of mind. That is something that money cannot buy!
