Balboa Senior Living became a sanctuary for my life partner in her final months. Mario, the Administrator, ensured the home was always in full compliance, always staffed, and that every resident was prioritized equally. I am especially grateful to Alondra, the CNA who my partner grew so close to—her gentle heart and kindness brought comfort every single day. I will never forget the love and dignity she received here.

When it became clear that my grandfather could no longer live safely on his own, the decision to find reputable Board and Care home was difficult. I wanted to find a place that not only provided excellent care but also made him feel comfortable, respected, and at home. I can honestly say that Balboa Senior Living has exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. They are incredibly kind, caring, and attentive to my father’s needs, and I can tell that they genuinely care about his well-being. His private room is a perfect space where we can spend time together in peace, and the common areas are always warm and inviting. I love how everyone is so friendly, and the atmosphere is truly like a family. Whether we are relaxing in his room or enjoying the company of others in the common room, it’s a pleasure to visit and spend quality time with him. Knowing that my father is safe, happy, and in such good hands has given me so much peace of mind. Balboa Senior Living is the best decision we could have made, and I’m incredibly grateful to have found a place where my father is not just well cared for, but thriving. I am very impressed with the kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help shown by the caregivers, as well as the high standard of their work. The management staff has also been commendable.
