Storypoint of Grove City

I have been here going on 6 years. The Executive Director is very cooperate. Also the care givers help with any problems that arise. The receptionist are all caring and help with problem when no one is available. I will recommend Story Point in Grove City, Ohio.

This facility is completely unacceptable. Residence rooms are infested with bed bugs, and management has attempted to keep it hidden. Staff and outside specialists have been brought in without being informed, putting them at risk of carrying the infestation back to their homes. This level of negligence is appalling.

StoryPoint Grove City is an outstanding assisted and independent living community. As a partner them through Summit Homecare, I've had the pleasure of collaborating closely with their team, and I can confidently say they provide exceptional care and support to their residents. The staff at StoryPoint go above and beyond to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring each resident feels valued and cherished. From beautiful facilities to personalized services, they prioritize the well-being and happiness of every individual. I highly recommend StoryPoint Grove City to anyone seeking a vibrant and caring community for their loved ones.

Completely inept care for my mother. Staffing is terrible, zero follow up, management doesn't care, they just want your money. Who cares if mom doesn't get her medicine, who cares if she's not been bathed. Storypoint SUCKS for $8k a month. DO NOT your parents here...You will be let down and neglected.

Storypoint Grove City is truly a wonderful place to call home! The community is lovely and the residents are very friendly and kind. The food looks and tastes delicious! The employees are very caring and knowledgeable. You can always find something fun to do! I would highly recommend this beautiful community.
