Savannah Court of Haines City

My dad found his final home in The Club, its residents, and staff. He was there for three years and found peace and good friends in his life there. His window looked over the courtyard, a unique, landscaped paradise. The food is good. (Wonder, the cook, is above-the-call-of-duty excellent!) Actually, all of the staff are excellent and they're good communicators. When the doctor at AdventHealth said my dad needed to go to a nursing home, The Club stepped up their care so he could pass away in a place he considered HOME. The Club is second to none in the area. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a real home-style living environment for their parent.

A friend recommended The Club @ Haines City when moving my mother-in-law from Texas to be near us. Having zero experience with nursing/assisted living, I had no idea what to expect. The facility was in the middle of a complete overhaul. The then manager was very helpful & able to take our mom immediately. The most amazing part, she was able to bring her fur babies, which was more than we hoped & put her at ease. The level of care she needed when moving in was very low but the peace of mind that she had help 24/7 was amazing! I visited almost daily & had direct experience with almost every staff member & resident over the last 8 months. The residents were loving, kind, & enveloped her into the community immediately. I was most impressed with the staff who became as close as family & were an extreme help as her health declined. Much has changed over our time there and only for the better! The meals were originally not great, however, taking the residents input it has improved 100% & is now very good. The new manager & health director have done an incredible job bringing the team together to improving the care & cohesiveness of the facility. I can’t express enough how incredible the community & staff of The Club @ Haines City have been to us!! The warmth and support have truly made a difference in our lives. We are so grateful to be a part of such an amazing community!!

This place is so homey feeling. The floors in the hallways were just updated and look beautiful. The Club is truly doing a wonderful job updating this beautiful assisted living. The residents are so kind and all have smiles on their faces. This is definitely a place if you are looking for your loved one you should check out!

I toured The Club recently looking for a place for my mom. Vicki was so helpful as she showed us around. The facility is so nice and clean and it was nice to see that they are making more improvements. I am planning to move my mom there as soon as possible.

A Heartwarming Haven: The Club at Haines City Assisted Living My recent visit to The Club at Haines City Assisted Living was most enjoyable. I facilitated a dementia training session and had the opportunity to witness the family-like atmosphere in this community. What struck me the most was how happy the residents are. One gentleman, George, wanted to participate in the training too, so the staff found a way to involve him and several other residents joined in. The Club at Haines City is a loving community. The dedication and compassion of the administrators, Chastity, Nicole, and Vicki, was evident. They lead with their hearts and are actively involved in the well-being and care of each resident. I highly recommend touring this community to anyone seeking a nurturing, supportive for aging loved ones.
