I cannot say enough great things about Cherry Blossom Manor in Hart, Michigan. My mom's father lived there for years and loved it, so moving mom from out of state to Cherry Blossom Manor wasn't a hard decision. The community's management is highly efficient and goes the extra mile to satisfy residents' needs. My hat is off to Trish, Deana, and Ron for running a smooth ship. The staff is accessible, always smiling, and cheerful, and interested in the residents as people, not as problems. They do everything possible for their residents, and I am incredibly thankful. One thing I noticed right away is how clean it is. I have been to a few assisted living facilities, and no matter how nice and expensive, there is often a smell - not the case with Cherry Blossom Manor. Mom loves being here. She has set up her room with all her familiar furnishings and feels right at home. Mom has an enormous window in her room, so she can watch the birds and see the beautiful views. There are many daily activities available for my Mom to participate in at Cherry Blossom Manor. However, if she chooses not to, she can simply relax and enjoy her time. There's nothing wrong with that! I am grateful to Cherry Blossom Manor for taking care of my mom, the person I care about the most.

My Aunt has been living in Cherry Blossom Manor for over 2 years now and my husband and I visit her frequently. We have had an entirely positive experience in dealing with the staff concerning my Aunt and her care. I have found the staff to be always caring, kind, and competent towards their patients and visitors alike. My Aunt tells us frequently that this is a wonderful place to live and the staff treat her with kindness and affection. Who could ask for more?

The staff is lazy. Cleanliness is marginal. Residents are ignored. Please don’t let anyone you love go to CBM. Mom lost 9 lbs in a month because no one cared enough to see that she got to the dining room, they left her sleeping all day. Building stinks of urine. They deserve negative stars.

My Mother has lived at Cherry Blossom Manor since June 2021. The level of care is excellent, staff is trained and very caring to all the residents and the medical care goes above and beyond!
