Not very impressed. Came to see my uncle. Visited 3 different days. One time his shirt was soaked from his drooling and it's really cold in this place. A soaked shirt and cold doesn't mix. Saw several of the clients being roughly handled to get them to lunch. Saw two clients wandering around with wet pants. Didn't see any kind of social interaction between staff and clients. Another time we came to my uncle's room and he had a diaper under his bed and one of his ear aids in the middle of the floor. Came in the next day and no cleaning up of his room at all and it was already noon. There were other things but you get the picture. Think twice about here.
Both of my parents have been at Stone Creek. They welcomed my parents when there were issues at another facility. The staff have been wonderful. My dad's health took a turn for the worse and was put on hospice. I can not tell you what a tremendous blessing the support of all the staff was during that time from the nurses and caregivers, the maintenance staff, the cooks to the office positions. It is such a peaceful feeling knowing that mom is being taken care of.
This is a wonderful community! The entire team including management staff, nursing staff, caregivers, activities, housekeeping, kitchen crew, receptionist, and laundry service are excellent! It truly is a place that provides excellent care to the residents as well as their families. Highly recommend for any of your loved ones who need extra attention and TLC!
Highly recommend Stone Creek to anyone searching for a Memory Care! The caring and dedicated staff is second to none. They truly care for their residents. The staff goes above and beyond.. from top notch meals, exciting activities, and quality care, I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Stone Creek for all you do!
Warning! Please be careful with this place their contract is deceiving and communication is terrible on important matters that need to be addressed . at first, it seemed welcoming and nice and then it’s true face showed. They only care about the money! I am very displeased and I will tell everybody I know to never go to your facility and I know half the people in summer County you people suck! I have picked a better place for my father……..The Capstone
