We have been providing individualized nursing care to generation of Hawai’i families since 1968. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals meet regularly to devise a personalized care plan for each of our residents. We also review strategies to meet their needs. Our Care Plan team is made up of doctors, licensed nurses, licensed social worker, certified dietary manager, certified activities director, and restorative therapy team. The team’s key areas of focus include nursing, dietary, appropriate maintenance and preventative care, activities, and social interaction of the residents.
