The Brookfield Assisted Living and Memory Care

I would not recommend Brookfield Assisted Living! Despite being promised a nurse would be able to dispense medicine to my mother in a timely manner they were not able to do so. Her apartment was not cleaned as advertised. Her laundry was almost always mixed with other women’s even though we were told they were individually done. The staff was not trained in caring for someone with memory issues and most importantly they were not trained to assist her with her oxygen so she was left without oxygen several times. This ended poorly for my mom! Please do not put anyone you love here unless they are completely able to take care of themselves!

Brookfield is sure a wonderful facility for our loved ones. The faculty and staff work so well together to serve the needs of the residences. They do not just assist them when they need help eating , going to the restroom, getting from one location to the other, The staff takes time to sit down visit and get to know each resident personally, meets their family and friends that come to visit. I go at least twice a week ,if not more, when they let me in the front door they greet me by name. The facility is always clean and has such a pleasant smell. The nursing staff is so on target, they are so helpful explaining things to the family and in touch with doctors when they see a need. It is so comforting to walk through the front door and see your loved ones being taken care of and loved. Brookfield is so worth a visit when you are looking for a place for your loved ones.

The facilities at Brookfield are always clean and well maintained and the rooms are spacious. What really makes Brookfield Memory Care special, though, are the people who work there. They are very respectful of all the residents and have been absolutely wonderful to my Mom. They are unfailingly kind and helpful and my Mom has improved so much since moving there. They are the best!

The Brookfield Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Hot Springs is amazing… My dad and I looked at multiple facilities because I needed help providing the 24/7 care he really needed. I was all in for the move but he was totally against being put in a “home”. However, from the moment we arrived at the Brookfield to visit and check it out, he was drawn to the energy and positivity of the wonderful people there and did not want to leave that first day we visited. Now he is all in. They are incredible folks there. All of them! They make sure the residents are taken care of properly and ensure all are given every opportunity possible to participate in the many activities provided from movie days to game days to comedian days to dancing to church services and much, much more. The energy and positivity never stops. They truly are an amazing group of people, and it is a wonderful place. I wholeheartedly recommend the Brookfield in Hot Springs be one of the places you visit if you are looking for help with your loved one. It is an absolutely awesome facility!

I have visited Brookfield several times and have seen the way the residents are treated. Everyone is always so friendly and the food is custom made to fit the needs of the residents. I have met with the administrators and they are committed to bettering the lives of the Seniors in our community. I recommend Brookfield to my clients that are no longer safe to stay in their own home. I also recommend to families looking for respite care while going on vacation. The rooms are very spacious and very affordable for all they have to offer!
