Transitioning my parents to senior living was a challenging decision, but choosing Brookdale Irvine has proven to be the best choice for our family. The level of care and attention provided by the staff has made all the difference. From the moment we met the compassionate team, we felt reassured that my parents would be in good hands. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, creating a warm and welcoming environment that truly feels like home. The positive energy among the staff is palpable; every team member we encounter is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Additionally, the food is excellent, offering a variety of delicious and nutritious options that my parents enjoy. Even though my parents are vegetarian they have found the food enjoyable with variety. Knowing they are well-fed and happy with their meals gives us great peace of mind. Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care and support my parents receive at Brookdale Irvine. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and vibrant place for their aging loved ones

I was looking for a senior living community for my sister and came across the Brookdale Irvine. I placed a call and got immediate call back from Jessica. She was super friendly and provided comprehensive information about the community. Although she is in marketing and sales, you never felt pressured. Rather, she patiently listened to understand my sister’s needs and offered very helpful solutions. Since my sister needed some transition time to move her belongings in, Jessica was super helpful to put temporary furniture, bedding and linens in my sister’s room free of charge. She coordinated with all departments to enable my sister to have a seamless and smooth moving-in process. Jessica was very responsive to our inquires. We are extremely pleased and impressed by Jessica’s professionalism and friendliness.

After touring several communities in Tustin, Orange and Irvine, my mom felt most at home with Brookdale Irvine. As a resident, my mom finds the community well kept, with a comfortably sized private room, good food, no chores to worry about, and plenty social access. Brookdale staff is very supportive about her personalized care, well in tune with her activity and sentiment. Located near UCI, a beautiful and safe area. Near to Mason Park and a shopping center across the street.

I recently placed a client at this community and received nothing but the highest level of professionalism and hospitality starting with their compassionate Sales Manager - Jessica, to their wonderful Wellness Director - Heather. The facility is very clean, with ample staffing, and offers a warm and welcoming home-like environment. You can feel the positive energy buzzing with each staff member you run into. I highly recommend checking out this community for your aging loved one!

Very poorly managed! Completely understaffed and although the staff tries hard, they are not adequately trained or supervised so the care is never consistent nor of a high quality. Residents must be able to manage themselves and be fairly independent for this to be a viable living option.
